In 2022 we launched the Inclusion and Respect for People training program for all employees. The purpose of this training is to educate our employees on the foundations of inclusion and respect and to build an environment where all employees understand and appreciate how to treat one another.
Going forward, this training program will be part of our onboarding as we continue to build a more inclusive work environment.
